Age Restrictions, Country Restrictions, Delivery Restrictions, on our Herbal Remedies - Products.

Are there any Age Restrictions, Country Restrictions on purchasing your products?

Yes, all our products are strictly R.20 N.Z Customers Only.   *Proof of Age Required.

If you do not Verify Age, we will not process your Order.

Under New Zealand Law, ALL our herbal remedies may only be purchased for legal herbal use.

Our herbs may assist those seeking natural plant based traditional herbal remedies, with potential anti addiction, analgesic, sedative, & anti inflammatory effects, et al.

We advocate responsible use of all our herbal remedies. 

We request *Proof of Age before we can confirm your Order.

This will enable us to comply with our obligations, e.g, under the Smoke-free Environments Act 1990.

If you do not Verify Age, we will not process your Order.


*Proof of Age includes an emailed scan or digital photo of your Drivers Licence, Passport or H.A.N.Z Card.

To Protect Your Identity from Fraud & Identity Theft, we encourage you to Black Out the Licence/Issuing Number/ Signature etc.  We need to be able to verify Full Name, date of birth & photo identity to comply with our legal obligations.

We DO NOT 'Identity Harvest'.  A lower resolution image is fine, BUT the Images must still be clearly discernible & the details readable.

You can strike a red line OR similar through the digital photo (*except the eyes) but we must be able to verify the photo is you! 

We also require a *Screenshot of potential Customers holding up the proof of identity, dated the date you submit age verification, in order to detect potential fraud & misrepresentation, & to deter this behaviour.

*Please be aware that we will report all instances of identity theft & fraud to the N.Z Police.

Why the Age verification checks?

From time to time, some may attempt to 'game' the verification process by providing someone else's proof of identity, presenting a false or altered Drivers Licence, Passport etc.



December 2023:  Update to what we now require for Age Verification:

**In addition to the above requirements to verify age, we now require from every person ordering from us, a Screenshot dated the day you submit age verification, of you holding up the Licence, Passport, I.D provided.**  

Return to Sender:

Sometimes, NZ Post/NZ Courier is unable to deliver due to the absence of any mail box to receive mail, N.Z Post are unable to locate any mail box, the mailbox isn't numbered etc, or the workplace sent to does not have any staff onsite to receive mail.

This can result in your Order being undelivered & Returned to Sender.  


To avoid ANY potential delivery problems, we use the NZ Post, Parcel Collect Service.

This requires you to provide identification on uplifting your delivered Order from a number of select locations throughout N.Z.


**To avoid time delays, an inability to deliver, & a Return to Sender, if you do not Verify Age, & agree to this process, we will not process your Order**


Our aim is to get your Order to you in an efficient & timely manner.  We cannot achieve this without your understanding & cooperation in this process. 

Please be aware that we cannot refund you the cost of shipping, in the event of a Return to Sender, as this is a cost we cannot recover.

By purchasing ANY of our herbal remedies, you agree to ALL our terms & conditions.

Customer Delivery Address:

Where the Customer purchases any of our herbal remedies or products, the onus lies with the Customer to provide a valid, accurate, current, postal address for delivery.

The onus lies with the Customer to provide a valid, accurate, current, 'deliverable'  Parcel Collect address.


We will NOT refund the cost of Delivery where Orders are Returned to Sender, as a result of some action, inaction,  conduct or misconduct, or ANY failure arising on the part of the Customer howsoever arising, that  prevents N.Z Post from delivering your Order to the Parcel Collect address you provide us.

We will not be held liable for any loss, howsoever arising, where:  the Customer provides an invalid, incorrect, inaccurate, or 'undeliverable' delivery address;  the Customer fails to provide a current, valid, correct, or 'deliverable' delivery address at the time of purchase, which results in loss, financial or otherwise, pertaining to any herbal remedies or products purchased from us, howsoever arising.

Do you supply overseas, non New Zealand based Customers?

No, we only supply New Zealand based Customers, residing  in New Zealand.

If you mislead us as to your Country, in an attempt to source our herbs, due to the cost of SWIFT FEES, we will not refund you.  Instead, you will receive a non transferable credit, valid for 12 months to purchase our herbs when you are in New Zealand.

*We do however, have Australians etc, holidaying in N.Z, that order from us, from time to time, with the intention of using our herbal remedies whilst they are in the Country.

We will only ship to a New Zealand postal address, NO exceptions. 


Do you sell live Salvia plants, seed or cuttings?


No, we only retail the products as listed on our blog.

Do you wholesale your products?


No, all our herbal remedies are available for purchase by *Retail Customers Only.  Wholesale, Trade quantity, Bulk Purchase NOT Supplied.
